Biotin is also known as vitamin B7 or under the name Vitamin H (for hair) and part of the vitamin B complex. Our biotin is made from purely plant-based ingredients and so the vegan tablets can be processed easier by the body.
Biotin acts like a coenzyme in the body, without the fats, proteins and carbohydrates not converted into macro nutrients that the body needs for energy production.
